Delivery Information

As most of our items will be handmade specifically for you; the standard delivery time for your order is plus/minus one week (+-7 days) depending on your location and the size of the order. If we already have the item available, you will receive it next day.

All items are shipped from Pretoria.

We will keep you updated with regards to when your item is dispatched.

 

 

How will I receive my order?

We use a 3rd party courier company who will deliver directly to your home or office, anywhere in South Africa.

 

 

How do I track my order online?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking details. If in doubt, contact us.

 

 

What will delivery cost me?

Standard Delivery (FREE for orders over R400)	R99	R120

 

Double rates may be charged for extra-large items. 

What happens if an item is missing from my shipment?

Contact us by e-mail ( orders@prettish.co.za ) within 24 hours of the delivery having taken place. Please have your Order Number ready.

 

 

Please note:

The countdown in terms of the manufacture & shipping period begins once your payment has been authorized. For credit cards this means that once the bank gives us an authorization code. For cash deposits and Internet transfers this means once the funds reflect in our bank account.
